The customer service is a real tragedy. 0 help support or advice. No customer support in English and when they refer an address for a repair it’s not up to date.

Going back 20 years always had hoover washing machines under 3 years bought hoover one touch dynamic next model DXOC 68C3B/1-80 you can set machine by phone .never used it my problem is you put the ma hinge on the red settings start flashing up and down so you can’t use it .or if you use it it doesn’t spin because the spin settings and wash settings flashing up and down with noice. Had enough it has done it for 6days now .wrote the model number down on line other sites customers having same problem so looked on hoover site and found they don’t do this washing machine anymore what a surprise discountiniued the item had it less than 3 years .yrs ago always taken 5 year guarantee because washing machines used to last longer than that .and it’s cheaper to get a new one instead of new parts from a engineer rip off.not wasting my time sat to give them peace of my mind will do it mon

Purchased a Hoover Pet steam cleaner on Amazon on July 12th, used it today and a plastic piece broke off. Called Hoover and was informed that "since the machine was over 30 days old it is not under warranty for unmotorized parts" So I had to pay another 43.00 including shipping and fees for the part that broke. What terrible customer service, will NEVER buy from them again, when I told them I was going to leave a bad review on Amazon, when I got on Amazon, Amazon would not let me review it, as if Hoover is in cahoots with Jeff Bezos, would not shock me.......

Never buy a Hoover appliance!!!

I wish I’ve read the reviews about Hoover appliances before buying anything. While there is a chance that occasionally an appliance maybe be faulty, I’ve bought 2 tumble dryers and a washing machine and all 3 broke down. 10 yr parts guarantee is useless when the company charge for the engineer almost as much as the price of the item. I will describe it as a legal ripoff.

I had purchased a Swivel pet vacuum for $179 maybe 1 year ago. The wheels that are under it cracked at the holding place. The vacuum is ruined. I had to buy $50 Bissell.
The vacuum is a Powerdrive swivel wind tunnel for pets. Under carrage made very cheep plastic. Hoover has gone to pot.

Do not buy a Hoover washing machine, our six month old one broke two weeks ago and they still haven't fixed it yet, customer services are an absolute shambles ,they simply don't care, it the worst product I have ever bought

Purchased a fridge freezer Hoover HMDNB5182WWDK from AO.com. Water dispenser lid clamp snapped off after filling up the second time. Lid seal is so poorly designed it caused it to bunch up and then extra pressure on a poor designed weak clamp. Tried calling Hoover and they said it’s your own fault and not prepared to help. Called AO and they are sending a new water container out with to replace the broken part. Fantastic AO. Hoover I will never buy another product from you again and tell as many other people what to expect when they do!!! Poor customer service poor quality product…so don’t waste your money and buy from a reputable company…shame on you Hoover!!!

Do not buy a hoover vaccum cleaner, our new cleaner never worked properly from the day we bought it, after a month of complaining they wanted us to box it up in a plywood box and produce 5 sheets of forms, we gave it too a charity shop fo spares, hoover are the scum of the earth, waste of money.

Hands down the worst vacum I ever bought. I purchased the swivel upright XL 3 months ago. I have always bought cheap bissels for my little cleaning bussiness and they last almost 2 years and work great. I spent a bit more hoping for a better vacum. Not the case. The dirt cup leaks, the handle is cheap and snapped off the 1st time I tried to swivel this. The swivel is beyond stiff and slumps to one side. Then while doing a set of stairs the bottom wheels fell off. I DONT RECOMEND THIS

My purchase of Hoover One PWR Model #BH55210 was a great disappointment. First year, it just pushed around dirty water and the water dispenser stopped working. I had to spray cleanser from a bottle. Then battery stopped charging. I received a new battery which worked only once. It is out for garbage pickup at this point.
